Cal Walters - Chief Strategy Officer and Co-founder
Cal grew up traveling all over the country through cities and towns, and learned what made places and  people tick. Career and travel have yielded rewarding opportunities to observe many different cultures, industries, trends, and approaches to branding. He loves discovering those simple, big, and motivating ideas that can become brand truths.
Receiving an MBA at the Kellogg School at Northwestern, Cal went on to do the CPG thing at General Mills. He switched to the agency side as an Executive Director for Landor Associates. Having been a client, he knows what kind of business challenges keep our clients up at night. Ultimately, his favorite work comes from rolling his sleeves up and helping our clients create and build brands.

Simon Thorneycroft – Chief Creative Officer and Co-founder

Simon, an Englishman, began his career working at Landor Associates in London. He designed on a broad range of corporate identity and retail environment programs, ultimately finding his passion and focusing his career on creating consumer packaging and brand identities.

He went on to work in San Francisco and Madrid, gaining valuable international experience in not only design and business, but also the life changing cultural influence of living in different countries. Simon is always actively involved with all our client projects and relationships at Perspective Branding, and prefers to be in the thick of it, rather than ensconced in an office!
