Perspective Branding seeks a Client Manager who will lead the management of projects and relationships with our clients ensuring they are completed on time and on budget. The ideal Client Manager will also assist in helping drive brand strategies for our client’s brands.
Specifically, the Client Manager will be the central point of communication in all phases of projects between clients and our team. The CM will be responsible for ensuring clients’ needs are met, including timeline management, budgets, billing, and invoicing associated with projects.
Working with our researchers and strategic leadership team, the CM’s responsibilities include helping inspire brand positioning, creative strategy, and developing research plans with client teams to understand and evaluate branding options. The CM works closely with creative, manages multiple projects from conception through completion, and ensures on-time, on-budget, high-quality, error-free deliverables. Some travel is involved.
Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus) with 4-7 years experience in the creative or strategy services industry in account management / client service / project management roles or equivalent experience on the client side. Additionally, candidates must be curious, detail-oriented individuals with excellent organization, problem solving, and communication skills. Candidates should also be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop are a plus.
