Most toys don’t have a mind of their own.

Unlike most robots, Pleo is driven by emotion programming – not logic programming. Our package design needed to capture the autonomous nature of the product and appeal to techies and “Sharper Image” consumers. 

Cut through the clutter

We selected a color that was significantly different from the black and silver of most toy robots, but more importantly reflected the life-like nature of this emotion driven robot.  The clean simple pack design broke through the clutter that is rampant in the retail toy category.
