Opening the window.
The redesign of Tostitos salsas was focused on reminding consumers that the product was made from great quality real ingredients. At the same time increasing quality perception but not at the risk of alienating the average consumer … this is very much a mainstream brand, for the everyday occasion.
Opening the window up using a clear label (instead of the previous paper label), modernized the brand and at the same time allowed more of the actual product ingredients to be seen, reinforcing the core message.
